Cater Advisory Group Partners with City of Columbus for Transformational Strategy Development and Process Improvement Services





We are thrilled to share that Cater Advisory Group (CAG), a subsidiary of Cater Investment Group (CIG), has been chosen by the City of Columbus and the Mayor’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) as their trusted Consultant. This partnership marks a significant milestone for us as we embark on a journey to provide hybrid strategy development and process improvement services for the City.

 

At CAG, we are committed to driving operational excellence and organizational effectiveness. Leveraging our expertise in Lean Six Sigma assessments, we will identify operational waste and inefficiencies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Additionally, we will work closely with the City to create a well-structured comprehensive strategy that aligns perfectly with their objectives.

 

Furthermore, our scope of work includes conducting skills, competency, and culture assessments to ensure the workforce is equipped to execute the strategy effectively. Our team will also provide expert guidance throughout the implementation phase, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
