DEI Capability Delivered and Expanded

Cater Investment Group has added new capabilities to its organizational development practice by building its footprint in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space with one of its Organizational Development practice leads, Mr. Kevin Martin. Kevin served as a the head of MASS Advocacy based in the Washington, DC area. He has played an instrumental role in leading projects for CIG and driving impact for organizations by taking an organizational change and data-driven approach to achieving tangible change.

CIG is happy to have completed three projects in the DEI space as it builds its capabilities and delivers impact using a strategic and analytical approach.
