Leading Organizational Change in the Public Sector


CIG is supporting the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) with an organizational change initiative with its partner MASS Advocacy. This project focuses on conducting a top-down analysis of operations for the largest provider of housing in the City of Baltimore.


The goal of this project is to ensure HABC is adequately incorporating DEI into its organization so that it can promote inclusive communities for the residents that it serves. This effort demonstrates the expanded capability of CIG's organizational management practice and expands the firm's footprint in the public sector to drive change in communities.
